DEVELOPMENTS TO THE CALIFORNIA FOREVER STORY & HOW IT CONNECTS TO KAMALA HARRIS

OPENING: CRUCIAL GEOPOLITICAL CONTEXT TO THE CALIFORNIA FOREVER CITY PROJECT & KAMALA’S TIES TO IT

Kamala’s ties to the investors of California Forever (and how those investors are also linked to Jeffrey Epstein) are outlined after this first part. I wanted to lay this down first, though, because it is fascinating and provides some insight (based upon the cumulative findings of RAND and military reports on future projections, current trends, etc). All of this is wrapped up in the broader Fourth Industrial Revolution/Great Reset agenda, focused around the Smart City concept as a platform of control and security in our urban environments, and how the military is now following the private sector’s lead on that matter, applying the smart city/internet of things framework to domestic U.S. military bases (turning them into “Smart Bases” aka “Installations of the Future”).

Last summer, a story briefly splashed across the headlines that immediately captured my attention, but quickly disappeared. Tens of thousands of barren, unzoned acres of land near Travis Air Force Base - a critical military installation in Solano County, California known as the “Gateway to the Pacific” and considered America’s “most important power projection platform in the world ” - were rapidly being bought up, and nobody could figure out who it was that was behind the sprawling purchases, or what their intentions for the land is. In 2018 and 2019, all anybody knew was that a swath of line twice the size of the city of San Francisco was bought  right out from underneath the base, Solano County, and apparently every other authority figure nationwide.

National security concerns ensued, with California Congressmen John Garamendi and Mike Thompson appearing multiple times across many media channels calling on Flannery/California forever to reveal themselves, and calling for official investigations into the group to ensure they were not Chinese-backed investments. Mayors Catherine Moy (Fairfield, the city directly next to Travis AFB) and Rio Vista (Ron Kott) echoed the same sentiment, and in the meantime, Air Force, FBI, CFIUS, and other federal agencies began investigating the shadowy investment group surrounding the base and making these gigantic purchases.

….but nothing ever happened. For five whole years, nothing more was ever found out about the group. Governor Newsom said he had never heard about them or the land being bought up. The mayors didn’t either. Travis AFB itself had no clue what was going on. To make matters worse, every single entity tasked with investigating potential threats to ensure our safety were unable to find out the first and last names of not just any billionaires, but silicon valley luminaries, the biggest names in the tech world, despite the fact that they were only using Delaware state privacy laws around the formation of LLCs (they allow for investors behind LLCs to keep their identities private so long as a publicly-named registered agent and an associated address for them are listed). How is that possible?

My guess? It isn’t possible. There’s no way they couldn’t uncover the names of those people, no way in hell.

So, I began talking about this story on social media, and got to work recording a presentation on the curious story unfolding over there in Solano. I also wrote an incredibly lengthy but unfinished essay on it as well to go along with the presentation. The issue was that I ended up having to put it on hold, because it turns out the California Forever story is just one dimension of a much broader, much more complex “geopolitical shuffling--of-the-deck” than I had initially anticipated. Every time I sat down to write the thing, I found some other piece of crucial information.

See, by the time I first heard about the land-grab in Solano County in August 2023, I had already spent one full year reading global strategic trend reports, monographs, white papers, documents, etc published by the military and other entities; mostly thinktanks, non-profits, and other major players like RAND, whose research and reports into geopolitical or military problems have a direct influence on policy. Basically, those reports attempt to take current geopolitical trends we’re seeing now, and use them to create projections of future scenarios based on around those problems. In other words, it’s the closest one could get to having a crystal ball without joining the “black-eye club” yourself (lol).

Anyway, after a  year of reading all those reports, the CF story broke in August 2023 and all of it seemed immediately familiar to me. Right away I detected strange instances of ignorance where there shouldn’t be anyway, and a strange silence around the whole thing. How could nobody in a position of power have known about such a massive development happening right next to a critical military base? Not only that, nobody knew any more or any less than the other; the uniformity of their ignorance was a sight to behold, and to me, indicated that they were either 1) Lying to the public about not knowing, or 2) Genuinely didn’t know what was happening.

Both possible answers make this story even more interesting. See, because no matter if it’s 1 or 2 that’s right, they both result in this secretive billionaire utopian city plan being kept a secret from everybody for unknown reasons, and involves the complicity of federal investigators across multiple entities that were also in on it and not telling us. Even if they didn’t reveal the identities of the investors (they were shielding their names legally, after all - perhaps the agencies have restrictions on what they can reveal since it really was a legal maneuver on CF’s part), they could have at least told us that the secretive Flannery Associates posed no national security threat. But nah they didn’t do that; they let sitting Congressmen go around and amplify the national security concern angle, stoking fears within the public, especially local residents.

See what I mean? There’s something we’re missing here, something we’re not being told, and the entire story is rife with little instances like these that just don’t make sense.

I will be touching on this dimension of the broader story in a later video and article, but for now, just know that the California Forever sustainable city proposal slated to be built next to Travis AFB has all the attributes of the very resolution a strategist behind the strategic trend reports would propose as an answer to all the current “megatrends” and threats facing us now and in the future.

In other words, if I took the “proposed resolution” bullet points from each of those reports, I’d come up with ideas similar to building a sustainable city next to Travis AFB as a covert partnership between the military and silicon valley, with the city adding to base security via its placement providing a “buffer zone” for the base. All of this is happening amidst a broader merging of the Military Industrial Complex and Silicon Valley/Big Tech in an attempt to compete with China’s top-down R&D —> Battlefield development/innovation pipeline.

Our old systems for developing new weapons, platforms, and capabilities is no longer sufficient; it is being outpaced by the increasingly rapid advancements of technology, which creates a rapidly-evolving threat landscape that is always changing as new technologies are developed for State and non-state actors to use. Our former system cannot keep up pace with China. Thus, we must find a way to democratically merge the civilian and military domains in a way that isn’t egregious “militarization” in the conventional sense. And what might that look like?

Meanwhile, we know that the US military has publicly stated that they are following the private sector’s lead when it comes to the development of smart cities and leveraging of Internet of Things technologies, and are essentially seeking to turn every domestic American military base into self-sustaining smart cities (or “smart base”, aka “Installations of the Future”) that utilize integrated Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. All amidst a rapid refocusing of attention on homeland defense, a race to modernize with China (aka secure and updating our bases domestically) by absorbing them into the broader agenda of the Fourth Industrial Revolution/Great Reset via integrating them with the fundamental technologies this future grid-system will operate on. Old, abandoned military bases across the world are literally being turned into smart cities. Google just bought an old unused military aircraft hangar a few years ago too.

Here’s a report by the Army on the matter, 2021: “How the Army does Smart” Click here

And another report about the same initiative, this time for the Army. “Defining the Army Installations of the Future” Click here

“Defining the Army Installations of the Future” Click here

The ideas I’m most intrigued by, though (and the one that formulated the basis of my general theory around California Forever and Travis AFB, which is that it was a covert partnership between the military and silicon valley/big tech to create a cutting-edge new domestic defensive platform that merges military bases with civilian society outside the base perimeter in an effort to “buffer” the base from threats), are the ideas around “Constellations of Bases” (connecting bases to each other), and their increasing integration into the community around them. The reports have outlined 1) Homeland is no longer safe, 2) Future warfare will 100% take place in urban areas (cities), 3.) They are securing the homeland and positioning the bases here in a way that is prepared for deployment internationally AND domestically (necessarily involving local communities), and 4) that local communities can potentially serve as threat vectors to the base given their pre-existing interwoven tie-ins. What results from that? The merging of communities into military functions for protection.

All of this is being driven by rapidly evolving technology, and therefore rapidly evolving threats. The problem? The biggest threats originate from the civilian domain now that the primary methods of attack (cyber attack, attack on infrastructure, power grids, food security etc) can be done using technology that is ubiquitous across the non-militarized civilian domain. That’s all about to change, though; the merging of the physical and digital is upon us, and the barrier that separates the civilian world from the military world is dissolving.

Most interesting is the prospect of bases slowly integrating with the communities that surround them over time. Urban sprawl driven by population growth results in encroachment of U.S. bases, which therein necessitates increased collaboration and partnership between the military and private sectors. What better embodies this idea then a bunch of silicon valley luminaries building a freakin’ sustainable city right next to one of the west coast’s most important military bases?

By the way, right around the same time Flannery Associates (California Forever) began scooping up that land near Travis in secret, Travis initiated its own base modernization initiative, with particular significance put on increased partnerships with Silicon Valley. They even created fusion center type entities that mix military base personnel with tech nerds to quicken the innovation pipeline.

So, if I’m understanding this correctly: Travis AFB was working with Silicon Valley as another part of Silicon Valley (the most noteworthy part) “secretly” plans to build a city surrounding them in total secret, and with Travis (and literally everybody else) having no clue about any of it…

The modernization efforts to keep pace with China is happening across all military branches, and is outlined in recent DoD doctrine changes that mandate updates across bases of every branch. However, the core “Installation of the Future” idea (involving the concept of leveraging smart city tech to do it) remains the same across each branch, even if titled under a different name.

KAMALA HARRIS’ ASSOCIATIONS WITH CALIFORNIA FOREVER CITY PROJECT & THEIR EPSTEIN-CONNECTED INVESTORS

All of the above is dense, but it provides very important context behind the connections Kamala Harris has to this California Forever city project. All of the above is going down from 2018 to now, and Kamala Harris:

  1. Uses the same strategist and advisor that California Forever/Flannery Associates used as a spokesperson during their secretive land purchases - Brian Brokaw

    1. Brokaw is also an advisor to Governor Gavin Newsom, the same guy who claimed he had no idea about Flannery, CF, or their land-grab and city plans, despite having Brokaw as an advisor, who was literally the spokesperson for this supposedly “secret” investor group.

  2. Is meeting with one of the main investors of the California Forever city project, Reid Hoffman

    1. Reid Hoffman visited Jeffrey Epstein’s island and either planned to or DID visit Epstein’s NYC townhouse

CALIFORNIA FOREVER OVERVIEW:

 2018: The Beginning

•Flannery Associates initiates land purchases in Solano County, CA, near Travis Air Force Base (AFB).

•The identities of the investors and their motives remain undisclosed.

 2019: Escalation

•The land grab intensifies, encompassing tens of thousands of acres and effectively surrounding Travis AFB.

•National security concerns arise, prompting public statements from Congressman John Garamendi and Mike Thompson.

•They urge the Biden administration to implement transparency measures regarding U.S. agricultural land to protect the food supply.

•Concerns are heightened by ongoing incidents of Chinese espionage near U.S. military bases, such as the 2022 Grand Forks North Dakota case

  • The Grand Forks case sparked a national conversation around the security of America’s agricultural land and food production; prompted calls from prominent political figures to call on the Biden admin to pass transparency laws so it’s easier to identify who is buying what land

  • Because the investors behind Flannery were still unknown when the Grand Forks case was revealed, local residents and Congressmen became even more suspect of what Flannery was up to given its close proximity to Travis (they were following the same pattern we’ve been seeing with China trying to get close to our bases in recent years)

 Formal Investigations

•The Air Force, FBI, CFIUS, and other agencies launch an investigation into Flannery Associates.

•Despite extensive efforts, they fail to identify the investors or their intentions.

•Local and state authorities, from town supervisors to Governor Newsom, remain completely unaware of Flannery Associates' activities, investors, and plans.

 Proximity and Infrastructure Concerns

•The purchased land includes critical infrastructure, such as fiber optic cables, water, and fuel pipelines, essential to Travis AFB operations….but later claimed they actually sold that land to somebody else right after they bought it (they didn’t reveal who they sold it to…)

•Like ongoing efforts by China to get close to our domestic military bases, there are also ongoing efforts to interfere with our military’s operational readiness

  • Currently, military doctrine regarding homeland defense considers

    • 1) Encroachment of military bases by urban sprawl[2] (precisely describing what California Forever is doing essentially

    • 2) Threats to operational readiness - military strategists say that we are more likely to face interference to base operations to cripple our ability to deploy before we’d ever have a base kinetically attacked — this is all folded into the broader military revolution that we are in the midst of that no longer views the U.S. homeland as a “Sanctuary”, which came about following the release of the National Defense Strategy of 2018; unconventional, asymmetrical attacks (cyber, attacks on readiness, surveillance, etc) are all projected to increase dramatically on the domestic front, focusing on US bases

      • ….you see how the California Forever billionaire/Silicon Valley-backed (smart?)city plan is like, totally egregious given the current geopolitical state of affairs? It’s like they went about everything in such a way as to specifically scare us

August 2023: Revelation

•After five years of fruitless investigations by the FBI, Air Force, CFIUS, and others, the mystery persists, but were STILL coming up short (supposedly), until all of the sudden….

•…Flannery Associates comes forward with a public message, disclosing their intentions for the first time.

•Big New York Times article on the whole thing, listing off each investor + their intentions. Investors include:

  • Reid Hoffman, Co-founder of LinkedIn, venture capitalist, and author. Known for his work in social networking and entrepreneurship - exposed as being a pal/associate of Jeffrey Epstein, visited Epstein’s island (years AFTER Epstein was first convicted in 2007/2008), and either visited or planned to visit Epstein’s NYC townhouse to do business with him

  • Laurene Powell Jobs: Founder and chair of Emerson Collective, widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. Known for her philanthropic work and investments in education and media, majority stakeholder in the media outlet The Atlantic, and was friends with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s primary partner and recruiter in his child trafficking op

  • Michael Moritz: Former partner at Sequoia Capital, known for early investments in companies like Google, Yahoo, and PayPal.

  • Marc Andreessen: Co-founder of Andreessen Horowitz, a prominent venture capital firm. Known for co-authoring Mosaic, one of the first web browsers.

    • Known for being an early investor in major tech companies including Meta, GitHub, Skype, and Twitter.

    • Once sat on Facebook’s board (perhaps still does)

    • Andreessen Horowitz poached two top executives from the Facebook-backed Novi digital wallet operation

  • Chris Dixon: General partner at Andreessen Horowitz, known for investments in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.

  • Patrick Collison: Co-founder and CEO of Stripe, a financial technology company.

  • John Collison: Co-founder and President of Stripe

  • Nat Friedman: Former GitHub CEO and investor, known for his work in open-source software.

  • Daniel Gross: Partner at Y Combinator, known for his work in startup acceleration and investment.

CALIFORNIA FOREVER WITHDRAWING FROM BALLOT

I am just realizing now I didn’t mention this story in the video, despite it being the one that prompted me to make the discoveries below, which I don’t think anybody has put together yet, not in this way at least.

Anyway, the people of Solano County were supposed to vote on the California Forever proposal on the 2024 ballot, determining for sure whether it’d be built or not. However, CF has withdrawn themselves, and agreed to conduct extensive environmental impact analyses before they put themselves back on the ballot. This is hopefully to lessen the fears around the negative impact the city would have to the environment there.

As I was reading up on this story though, I wanted to check in with the developments that have happened in the last year, since I took a break from the story. What I found was, well….interesting. I had no idea Kamala Harris would be so wrapped up with this group, but a lot of it is now starting to make more sense. At least the secrecy around it and the strange uniformity of ignorance is. Perhaps this proposal is a bigger play of some sort.

• CF has agreed to conduct thorough environmental report of the potential impacts its proposed city will have on the area

SILICON VALLEY RALLYING AROUND KAMALA HARRIS?

Harris's ability to innovate and protect public interests positions her as a leader capable of navigating the complexities of modern technology and its regulatory landscape.

- 📉 Trump's Business Interference: Hoffman's article recounts Trump's meddling in American businesses, such as threatening Amazon and imposing tariffs that harmed companies like Harley-Davidson. This contrasted sharply with the economic growth and stability achieved under Biden-Harris through legislation like the Inflation Reduction Act and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

- 💡 Economic Achievements: Under the Biden-Harris administration, significant achievements were made, including record-high stock market indexes, low unemployment rates, and a surge in U.S. manufacturing jobs. Harris aims to build on this foundation with a strong commitment to innovation.

- 🏭 Manufacturing Boom: The Biden administration's focus on building factories for semiconductors, electric vehicles, and other technologies has been pivotal. Harris's administration plans to continue this trajectory, fostering economic growth and technological advancement.

- 🏛️ Balancing Innovation and Regulation: Harris advocates for advancing innovation while protecting the public, opposing restrictive measures by agencies like the FTC. Hoffman supports this approach, highlighting that innovation can often lead to safety improvements faster than regulation.

- 🚗 Innovation Over Regulation: Citing the example of Volvo's three-point seatbelts, Hoffman argues that technological advancements can precede and outperform regulatory mandates in enhancing safety. Harris's administration aims to apply this principle broadly to foster innovation.

- 🤝 Pro-Business Policies: By embracing pro-business policies that appeal to moderates, Harris can ensure the continuation of economic prosperity initiated by the Biden administration, benefiting both American businesses and the general public.

- 🇺🇸 Rule of Law: Hoffman concludes that a Harris administration, dedicated to upholding the rule of law and fostering innovation-friendly policies, will be advantageous for every American, ensuring a future of shared prosperity and technological leadership.
